What style of transfers are these?
These are custom printed Heat Transfer Vinyl transfers.
They can be applied to any material that can withstand a heat press. 

What material are they printed on?
They are printed on Siser HTV with Eco Solvent Ink. 

What is transfer mask and why do I need it?
Transfer mask is a clear thin tape like material that is used to get the printed
transfer off of the carrier sheet it comes on.

What are the pressing instructions?
Heat Press- 320° for 15 seconds. Warm peel transfer mask.
Re press with a teflon sheet for 10-15 seconds.  

Home Iron- a home iron is not recommended for pressing these transfers. 

How do I personalize the transfer?
There are two ways, you can purchase the monogram add on listing here:
You can add your own personalization by layering HTV.
[normal or glitter are both fine]

When will my order ship?
Orders are currently shipping at 10-15 business days from the day they were paid for.
During sales or times of high volume orders it may take a few days extra for orders to ship. 
We try to keep the facebook group updated as best we can and you are always welcome
to message us for an order status update. 

Do you do custom printing?
Yes we do! There is a $5 set up fee per file.
The design needs to be sent to us ready to print. 
We need either a .png file [with no background] or a .eps file. If 
your file needs to be edited we will contact you and let you know. 

Can you create a design for me?
Yes we can.
There is a minimum $25 fee for design creation.
