Terms and Conditions for Digital Download Files

1. File Format and Quality:
   All digital files are provided in PNG format at 300 DPI resolution, ensuring high-quality images suitable for personal and professional use.

2. Usage Rights:
   Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files for personal or business purposes in their physical form (e.g., printed products).

3. Restrictions:

   • Digital Redistribution:
     You may not resell, redistribute, or share the digital files in any form, including via email, social media, or any other digital platform.
   • Commercial Use:
     Commercial use of the digital files, such as selling printed items or products, DOES NOT require the purchase of a commercial license.
   • Third-Party Printing and Print-on-Demand Services:
     The files cannot be sent to third-party printers, Print-on-Demand (POD) services, or any similar service without the appropriate license.
   • Selling transfers [dtf, sublimation, HTV, screen print]:
     The files cannot be used for transfer resale unless you have the commercial print license.  All transfers must be printed in house by the purchasing party.  Screens cannot be outsourced.

4. No Modification for Resale:
   Modifying the digital files (e.g., altering colors, adding text) does not grant the right to resell, redistribute, or share the modified versions. All modifications remain subject to these terms.

5. License for Commercial Use:
   All products come with a physical product commercial use license [t-shirts, mugs, tumblers, flags, etc.]

6. Refunds and Exchanges:
   Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are permitted once the files have been downloaded.
