At this time, we are not accepting exclusive design requests.

What is BIA?
BIA stands for Buy It All. This is a membership offered each year to be able to access the Google Drive with all of the available designs for that year. This includes ingredients for some of the designs to be able to make your own customizations and stand apart.

NOTE: If you are a current BIA member and want to purchase another BIA drive, do not purchase on the site as you have a reduced price, contact Bev for details to renew your membership.
What is Lifetime?
Lifetime members have access to all available designs in the BIA Google Drives created from 2018 through the current year and will continue through 2030.

What should I do if there's a problem with my order?

How do I get my files?
After completing your purchase, your page will refresh to show download links. You’ll also receive an email with direct download links for future access.
Tip: Keep the email in a safe place for easy re-downloading later!

Digital Download Products - Terms of Use
- Product Type: These are DIGITAL files (PDF or PNG) – no physical products will be shipped.
- Usage Restrictions: Files are for physical printed goods only – they cannot be used in digital formats.
- File Specifications: All PDFs/PNGs are 300dpi, provided as finished files, and are not editable.
🎂 Important: Every effort has been made to represent the true colors of the files, but resolution may vary between screens and printers.
Usage Rights:
- All designs are for personal/small commercial use only.
- They may NOT be copied, distributed, shared, transferred, or resold.
- Credit: Not required for small commercial use.
- Licensing: Required for transfer sales.
Printing Transfers:
- If printing transfers of any kind, a printing license is required.
- Files cannot be shared, redistributed, resold, transferred or given away.
- For third-party printing, you must have a Print On Demand (POD) license or use one of our trusted Printing Partners.
Modification Restrictions:
Files may not be modified, traced, recolored, or altered in any way. For design changes, please email us at customerservice@soulandgracedesigns.com.
