Terms and Conditions for Machine Embroidery Files

1. File Format and Quality:
   All embroidery designs are provided in a variety of common machine formats (e.g., PES, DST, etc.) at high-quality resolutions, ensuring compatibility with most embroidery machines.

2. Usage Rights:
   Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the embroidery designs for personal or business purposes in their physical form (e.g., embroidered products).

3. Restrictions:

   • Digital Redistribution:
     You may not resell, redistribute, or share the embroidery files in any form, including via email, social media, or any other digital platform.
   • Commercial Use Without License:
     Commercial use of the embroidery designs, such as selling embroidered items or products, requires the purchase of a commercial license.
   • Third-Party Embroidery and Print-on-Demand Services:
     The files cannot be sent to third-party embroiderers, Print-on-Demand (POD) services, or any similar service without the appropriate license.

4. No Modification for Resale:
   Modifying the embroidery designs (e.g., resizing, adding elements) does not grant the right to resell, redistribute, or share the modified versions. All modifications remain subject to these terms.

5. License for Commercial Use:
   If you wish to use these designs for commercial purposes, including but not limited to selling embroidered products made with these designs, please contact [Your Business Name] for information on licensing options.

6. Refunds and Exchanges:
   Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are permitted once the files have been downloaded.

Your custom design will be delivered to your email inbox within 72 hours! Be sure to check your spam or junk folder just in case.

Our designs are crafted to look their absolute best, based on the designer’s creative expertise.

Important Info:
This is a DIGITAL file of a printable PNG download—no physical items will be shipped! Your PNG will be high-quality (300 dpi) and ready to use, but not editable.

Usage Guidelines:
All designs are for personal and small commercial end products only. Please do not copy, distribute, share, or resell the files.
