Terms and Conditions for Machine Embroidery Files

1. File Format and Quality:
   All embroidery designs are provided in DST format at high-quality resolutions, ensuring compatibility with most embroidery machines.

2. Usage Rights:
   Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the embroidery designs for personal or business purposes in their physical form (e.g., embroidered products).

3. Restrictions:

   • Digital Redistribution:
     You may not resell, redistribute, or share the embroidery files in any form, including via email, social media, or any other digital platform.
   • Commercial Use License:
     Commercial use of the embroidery designs, such as selling embroidered items or products, is allowed.
   • Third-Party Embroidery and Print-on-Demand Services:
     The files cannot be sent to third-party embroiderers, Print-on-Demand (POD) services, or any similar service without the appropriate license.

4. No Modification for Resale:
   Modifying the embroidery designs (e.g., resizing, adding elements) does not grant the right to resell, redistribute, or share the modified versions. All modifications remain subject to these terms.

5. License for Commercial Use: 
   Commercial use is allowed for small business.  If you are mass  producing items in quantities of 500 or more, please contact us for licensing.

6. Refunds and Exchanges:
   Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are permitted once the files have been downloaded.
