Terms and Conditions for Laser Cutting Files

1. File Format and Quality:
   All laser cutting designs are provided in industry-standard formats (e.g., SVG, DXF, etc.), ensuring compatibility with most laser cutting machines and software.

2. Usage Rights:
   Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the laser cutting files for personal or business purposes in their physical form (e.g., cut or engraved products).

3. Allowed Commercial Use:
   You may use these files to create physical products for sale without the need for an additional license. This includes items such as home decor, jewelry, signage, or any other physical product made using the designs.

4. Restrictions:

   • Digital Redistribution:
     You may not resell, redistribute, or share the digital laser cutting files in any form, including via email, social media, or any other digital platform.
   • No Third-Party Distribution:
     The files cannot be sent to third parties for the purpose of digital redistribution or resale in any form.

5. No Modification for Resale:
   Modifying the laser cutting files (e.g., resizing, altering the design) does not grant the right to resell, redistribute, or share the modified versions. All modifications remain subject to these terms.

6. Refunds and Exchanges:
   Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are permitted once the files have been downloaded.
