TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Effective immediately - All members are required to sign. 

1. No Sharing Assets: Assets in the drive are for your use only and drives may not be shared among members.  One person/business = one drive.  Assistants, whether virtual or in person, cannot use these assets to create mockups, charge for mockups, or profit in any way from digital uses.

2. No Sharing Sources/Resources: Any sources I share, including fonts, are proprietary to my business. These should not be shared with other designers or non-members.

3. No Business Conflicts: You cannot run or appear to have an active interest in other designers' businesses. This creates confusion for customers and blurs boundaries, especially if you also have BIA membership.

4. No Copying Other Members: Designs in the drive are meant for personalization. Copying another member's work, including their titles, tags, SEO, and descriptions, is grounds for removal and will prevent reentry.

5. Clipart Resources: Resources I share, such as clipart, are for your creative use. However, using them to create designs too similar to mine—leading to customer cancellations—won't be tolerated. Hiring in-house designers to replicate my designs violates this rule.

6. No Bullying Over Pricing: Everyone has their own pricing strategy. Focus on your business and refrain from commenting on others.

7. No Competing Digital Design Sales: You cannot have a graphics design business.  I understand that some have digital sales of non-competing products and that is allowed [example: social media resources]

8. Community Over Competition: This group was created to foster support, not rivalry. If you're unable to uplift others, this may not be the right community for you.

9. File Printing: If you don't print in house, you must use a printing partner for all prints [same as non members].  POD and screen transfer use is prohibited unless you own the POD license.  POD license can be purchased at a discount after purchasing BIA.

10. Non-Negotiable Rules: Violation of these terms will result in removal from the drive without refund, and reentry is at my discretion. Integrity is taken seriously, and no one will be removed without clear proof of wrongdoing.

By agreeing below, you acknowledge these rules and understand that failure to act with integrity will result in forfeiture of any payments.
